One of the four groups UUFEC supports with our “half the basket” each Sunday is Opportunity, Inc., a group dedicated to helping the homeless. The organization’s director, Lenore Wilson, will be our speaker on January 25th and will give us a close-up look at homeless in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. The group has finally secured a location for a Day Center facility and Lenore will give us information on how our fellowship can give a true helping hand at this new location.
